A nurse with 30 years’ NHS nursing experience, created Care Without Burnout.

Meet Donna, a nurse with 30 years’ NHS nursing experience, created care without burnout, after she found herself providing care for a loved one at home and found it challenging to navigate the system from the outside.

After this experience she wanted to make life easier for all care givers.

To provide unpaid carers with practical guidance for everyday care tasks, for making home environments safe to provide care in, strategies for carers confidence‑building and tools that reduce stress, overwhelm, and crisis escalation

For our resources to be accessible and merge clinical expertise, knowledge and practice with a deep understanding, from lived experience, of the every day challenges carers face and the isolation that many feel.
